U.S. stocks moved sharply in premarket trading on Monday as investors reacted to company earnings, analyst actions and news tied to tariffs, oil prices and crypto regulation. Cryptorelated stocks also rose after senators reached agreement on key language for the CLARITY Act, a crypto market structure bill. Coinbase gained 2.5%, while Circle and BitGo climbed more than 4%.
