Citadel’s hedge funds delivered positive returns across several strategies in the first half of 2026, according to a person familiar with the firm’s performance. The firm’s tactical trading fund led the results, rising 14.3% through June after gaining 3.1% in that month. Citadel’s equities fund was up 11.2% for the first half, while its flagship Wellington multistrategy fund gained 5.7%. Its global fixed income fund rose 1.7% in June and was roughly flat for the year.
