Circles, a Singaporebased technology company, is using OpenAI’s API and Codex to build AIdriven customer service and personalization tools for telecom operators. The company says the approach is helping it deliver faster support, more relevant recommendations, and higher operating efficiency across markets in AsiaPacific and beyond. According to the customer story published by OpenAI on August 3, 2026, Circles’ AI Concierge is designed to handle support requests, search, and account management in one conversational interface. In Singapore, the company reports a 22% increase in average revenue per user and a 9% reduction in churn after introducing AIpowered personalization. Its CareX system is said to autonomously resolve 65% of customer service interactions. Circles also uses Codex internally to support engineering, infosec, and incident management teams. The company says this has improved development efficiency by 29% through assistance with design, coding, and unit testing. Circles says it is expanding the platform with realtime voice support and additional observability features while keeping governance controls in place for customer data and escalation to human agents.
