After-hours stock moves: FedEx, Cerebras, KB Home and more
After-hours trading moves: FedEx, KB Home, Cerebras and Nike react to results See why winners rose and laggards fell after earnings, guidance and updates
Several companies moved sharply in afterhours trading on Tuesday after releasing quarterly results or company updates.
FedEx fell about 6% even though its fourthquarter revenue of $25.01 billion slightly topped Wall Street estimates. KB Home rose 2% after fiscal secondquarter revenue of $1.11 billion came in a bit above expectations, although earnings per share missed estimates.
Cerebras declined 8% after reporting its first earnings since going public in May. The chip company posted a firstquarter loss and said it expects core gross margin to narrow in the second quarter. Nike gained 1% after announcing a change in its finance leadership, while Worthington Enterprises dropped nearly 10% after missing earnings and revenue forecasts.
