MusiquePlus returns on TikTok for a new generation

MusiquePlus returns on TikTok with fresh Quebec music and culture coverage Discover the revived digital-first brand launching June 11 and reconnect with local scenes

MusiquePlus, the Quebec music brand that helped shape local pop culture, is being revived on TikTok as a digitalfirst project. The launch was announced on June 3, 2026, and the page is set to go live on June 11. The relaunch will feature a new generation of VJs and creators, with content focused on music, culture, and entertainment. Its backers say the goal is to highlight Quebec's creative voices and reconnect with the Frenchspeaking music scene for younger audiences. MusiquePlus first launched in 1986 and became a major platform for emerging Quebec artists, including Véronique Cloutier, Geneviève Borne, AnneMarie Withenshaw, Claude Rajotte, Sonia Benezra and Celine Dion. The channel was discontinued in 2019 and replaced by Elle Fictions.
