Maria Bartiromo disputes reports of Fox News termination

Maria Bartiromo is disputing reports that she was fired from Fox News and Fox Business. Her attorney said Friday that claims she was terminated or no longer employed by Fox are false. Fox News said Thursday that it had parted ways with Bartiromo after more than 12 years, but did not give a reason. Media reports later suggested the departure may have been tied to a policy violation. Bartiromo hosted "Mornings With Maria," "Maria Bartiromo's Wall Street," and Fox News' "Sunday Morning Futures." She previously worked at CNBC and was also involved in the Dominion defamation case against Fox, as well as the related Smartmatic lawsuit.
