Stocks move premarket on earnings, upgrades, and deals

Pre-market stocks move on earnings, analyst ratings, and major business news See why Fair Isaac, AMD, SpaceX, and others are driving Tuesday's trading

Several companies were moving sharply before the opening bell on Tuesday, driven by earnings results, analyst ratings, and new business announcements. Fair Isaac fell after the Federal Housing Finance Agency said mortgage pricing would shift toward a single pricing grid that includes VantageScore. AMD rose after announcing an $8.2 billion acquisition of AI firm World Labs, while Bloomin’ Brands gained after a JPMorgan upgrade. SpaceX advanced after TD Cowen began coverage with a buy rating, and Summit Therapeutics climbed after AstraZeneca said it would invest $2 billion in the company. Navitas Semiconductor and CarMax also moved higher on a government contract and strongerthanexpected quarterly results, respectively.
