Anthropic AI models stay shared with U.S. officials through a voluntary safety framework See how the White House and Anthropic are testing Fable 5.1 for security and trust
A White House technology official said at the G20 that Anthropic has kept sharing its AI models with the U.S. government under a voluntary framework.
Michael Kratsios, director of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, said the government worked with Anthropic to test and evaluate its latest Fable 5.1 model, which was released the day before his remarks.
Kratsios described the relationship as cooperative, saying the company has been open to sharing models and to having them reviewed at a government safety and security institute.
