Jill Biden said former President Joe Biden is living with stage 4 prostate cancer and has adjusted to a slower pace because of the illness and treatment. Speaking during a conversation about her new memoir, she said the cancer was found after she pushed him to see a urologist because of ongoing symptoms, including repeated nighttime bathroom visits. She said doctors later discovered the disease had spread to his bones. Biden said her husband still keeps a busy schedule, but the condition and medication have made daily life harder. She also described taking on much of the caregiving work, including managing appointments, medications and meals.
