U.S. stocks were active in premarket trading on Tuesday as several companies reported earnings, issued guidance, or announced major corporate updates. Marvell Technology rose after Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang said the chipmaker could become a trilliondollar company. Hewlett Packard Enterprise gained after it reported quarterly earnings and revenue guidance that beat expectations and raised its fullyear outlook. Victoria’s Secret also advanced after topping firstquarter earnings estimates and lifting its fullyear guidance, citing lower tariff costs. Other movers included Credo Technology, which fell despite beating profit and revenue estimates and issuing stronger guidance, and Microchip Technology, which climbed after providing updated revenue details for its data center business. Alphabet slipped after saying it plans to sell $80 billion in stock, while STMicroelectronics rallied after increasing its 2026 datacenter revenue target.
