Anthropic launches beta reflection dashboard for Claude users
Claude usage dashboard shows your chat patterns, topics, and habits over time Review AI use, set quiet hours, and see where human judgment still matters
Anthropic has introduced a beta feature that lets Claude users review how they use the assistant over time. The dashboard, available in Claude’s web and desktop settings, summarizes chat activity, common topics, and usage patterns across selected time ranges.
The company says the tool is designed to help people think about when AI is useful, when human judgment is better, and how Claude fits into daily work. It also includes prompts for selfreflection, plus options to set quiet hours or reminders to take a break.
Anthropic says the feature is built around its 4D AI Fluency Framework: delegation, description, discernment, and diligence. It also says the reflection data excludes incognito chats, underlying files from connected tools, and healthrelated integrations, and that the insights stay within the feature.
