President Donald Trump said he will return from Turkey on the older Air Force One instead of the new aircraft because the new plane is being sent to the United Kingdom for military personnel to tour.
Trump said the aircraft will stop at several U.S. bases in Europe so service members can see it up close. He described the new plane as a major addition to the presidential fleet.
During remarks at the NATO summit in Ankara, Trump also addressed questions about security and said he understands the risks that come with being president. He added that he is focused on doing his job despite threats from Iran.
