Proaction says Codex helps boost sales and save time

OpenAI Codex helps Proaction build custom fleet demos faster and cut engineering support Save 40 to 60 hours monthly and create tailored workflows that move deals forward

Proaction, a startup that builds software for fleet management, says OpenAI’s Codex is helping its team create custom demos faster and reduce the need for engineering support. The company, which serves customers managing vehicles and equipment, uses Codex to turn sales conversations, emails, and spreadsheets into interactive demo environments tailored to each prospect’s workflow. Proaction says this has helped the team save 40 to 60 engineering hours each month and has improved the share of deals that move into solution development. Cofounder and COO Colin Knudsen also uses Codex for daily work across sales, support, and product management, including preparing followups, creating issues, and updating customer records. Proaction says it is also using OpenAI models to build voicebased agents that can help handle fleet operations tasks such as maintenance coordination.
