Vancouver police are investigating the city’s sixth homicide of 2026 after a man was found dead in CRAB Park on the downtown waterfront early Wednesday.
Police said officers responded after a report of a man in medical distress. Emergency responders treated him at the scene, but he died there.
Investigators have not identified the victim and have not announced any suspects. They are asking anyone who was in the area between Tuesday night and Wednesday morning before 7 a.m. PT to contact police with information.
