UST brings Claude into physical AI workflows
Claude for engineering and production helps UST speed validation and catch design flaws early. See how it will support chips, cars, telecom, healthcare, and banking with human oversight.
Anthropic said it is partnering with UST to use Claude in engineering and production environments that support chips, cars, telecom systems, healthcare operations, and banking workflows.
In physical AI use cases, UST is applying Claude Code to read schematics, generate regression tests, and compare live equipment data with digital twins to help identify design issues earlier and reduce manual scripting. UST said its iDEC validation platform already shortens hardware validation cycles, and Claude will be added as the reasoning layer in that pipeline.
The company also plans to train 20,000 employees on Claude worldwide. Beyond manufacturing, UST said it will use Claude in its healthcare, telecom, and banking platforms to support claims handling, network operations, and workflow automation, while keeping human approval steps in place for regulated decisions.
