SpaceX Wins NASA Contract for Three More Crewed ISS Flights

SpaceX wins up to $946M more from NASA for three crewed Dragon ISS missions Expand U.S. station access through 2030 and see how the Commercial Crew plan grows

SpaceX has received an additional NASA award worth up to $946 million to carry out three more crewed Dragon missions to the International Space Station through 2030. The new flights expand SpaceX’s role under NASA’s Commercial Crew program to 17 operational missions. NASA said the work helps keep U.S. access to the station through two commercial providers, with Boeing also part of the program. SpaceX will handle launch, inorbit, cargo, and recovery operations for each mission. If all expected flights are completed, the company’s total earnings from the contract would reach $5.92 billion.
