Mammoth Brands pursues growth as a modern consumer goods company
Mammoth Brands revenue and IPO plans signal a fast-growing CPG challenger Explore how Harry's, Lume and Coterie are driving growth in personal care
Mammoth Brands, the owner of Harry’s, Lume and Coterie, is positioning itself as a modern challenger to longestablished consumer packaged goods companies such as Procter & Gamble, Unilever and KimberlyClark.
The company said it generated $835 million in revenue in 2024 and nearly $100 million in adjusted EBITDA, while also reporting strong growth over the past five years. Mammoth is considering an initial public offering later this year, though its cofounders said they are still evaluating the best capital structure for the business.
Founded in 2013 as Harry’s, the company began with onlinefirst razor sales before expanding into other personal care categories. It later launched brands including Flamingo and Mando, bought Lume in 2021, and acquired Coterie in late 2025.
Coterie has become a major part of Mammoth’s baby care business, with the brand reporting more than $200 million in net revenue over the prior 12 months. Mammoth says it plans to keep adding brands in everyday care and wellness, with a focus on products that can grow online and in retail.
